I’ve heard TONS of people asking for TV or Movie suggestions during Quarantine time. Here’s my thought. Every day you FEED your Mind, Body, Spirit and Heart. In times like this, when many are facing fears of Immune system attack, it is CRUCIAL to arm yourself and your families with a strong immune system and body. From my resources and guides, this is just the beginning of pandemics and we MUST be prepared for that.
Consume things that boost your education, inspiration and transformation! This is not a time to be lazy, tune out and unplug. I mean, have your balance of that, but if you or any of your family members are unwell, and have any degree of sickness, symptoms or suffering, dive in and learn how to arm yourself physically, emotionally and spiritually!

ESSENTIALS FOR IMMUNE HEALTH Plus BEAUTY, ENERGY & VITALITY
#1 Deep Beauty SLEEP
A good night’s sleep is probably the best medicine for the immune system! Sleep deprivation depletes your Immune System, which is why it’s so important to get at least 8 hours of undisturbed sleep per night, ideally from 10pm-6pm. Take an Epsom Salt to boost magnesium in your body so you feel relaxed and sleepy, then… Go to bed at 10 pm since your body makes the most melatonin from 10 pm to 2 am, not to mention HGH where 95% of fat burning takes place. Corona virus is known to spread more in bodies who are low on Melatonin, perhaps making the connection to why children who make more are more immune than elders who make less. ALSO, ditch the blue light from your screens (phone, TV, computer) and overhead lights to optimize melatonin production. If you must type late (like I am now), wear blue light blocking glasses when the sun goes down. These will also protect your eye mucosa from being exposed to airborne pathogens (CV) and toxins.
#2 Get SUN, Ground in Nature
The sun is the best source of Vitamin D which helps to strengthen the immune system and is known to help our bodies manufacture 70% of our energy production. Getting out in nature has profound immune-boosting benefits, especially something called ‘Grounding’ which is where you lay on the earth, walk barefoot and breathe with mother Earth holding you. Turn to Nature as your Rock and Truth during confusing times for Certainty and safety.
#3 Chill out! Peace out!
Meditation and mindfulness decrease cortisol levels and help you better cope with stress, which includes exposure to pathogens (like CV), toxins and EMF/food sensitivities. The more emotional stress you’re under, the higher your adrenaline, which depletes your immune system, sex and sleep hormone production as well as makes your body more acidic, inviting in disease. Panic won’t chase any virus away, in fact just the opposite. What you fear, you draw near.
#4 Intermittent & Day Fasts
“Fasting helps to induce a process in the body called autophagy. Autophagy is the process whereby the body eliminates dead and damaged cells. Fasting induced autophagy also helps get rid of bacteria, viruses, and parasites.” I like doing the 16/8 intermittent fast, and it’s simple. Eat during an 8 hour period of time every day and don’t eat for the following 16. For example, I wake up and drink 1 Liter of Ionized water, then around noon have my Metabolic Mocha. 4 hours later I have a small salad, then another 4 hours later, some veggies and meat of sorts. It’s super simple and the health benefits are HUGE. You can burn 800% more fat this way, which means less toxins in your body which means improved immunity!
#5 Adaptogens & Medicinal Mushrooms
Chaga and Reishi are two medicinal mushrooms with immunomodulator capabilities scientifically proven to strengthen or slow down the immune system, to cater to what the body needs most. Chaga helps increase beneficial cytokines that regulate the immune system plus stimulates white blood cells to fight off bacteria and viruses. Reishi increases the activity of natural killer cells which helps to fight infections. The morning Metabolic Mocha in my Warrior cleanse program is loaded with these mushrooms and more AND it tastes SUPER good. A GREAT trade for coffee, which taxes the body’s minerals and hormones plus causes dehydration.
#6 Take Immune Boosting Supplements
…such as Vitamin C, Probiotics, Vitamin A/D/K formula, Biocidin, Immune Blends, Zeolites, Colloidal Silver! It’s said that Vitamin C is potent to fight off this Virus, especially in high doses. I recommend Liposomal, and at least 3 grams per day. I talk about how to discover your max dose in the Webinar, as well as which I recommend in priority. I also created a category called ‘Corona Virus Protection’ so you can see the formulas I recommend. #7 SWEAT it out with an Infrared Sauna
This is a HUGE one that I recommend to all of my clients for many reasons. Infrared sauna boosts white blood cell production and raises the core body temperature which then helps to fight off pathogens such as viruses as well as harmful beauty toxins and chemicals we’re exposed to daily. It’s the Secret Detox Weapon everyone needs considering the times we are in, and trend of continuing pandemics.
#8 Wash your Paws!
This was news to me. I’ve never known how to do this properly. Washing hands thoroughly (back, front, in between fingers and nails) with the RIGHT soap is the best way to keep pathogens from entering your body! #9 Minimize EMF exposure!
I’m an EMF Certified Practitioner, and took the first ever course to learn the danger and toxicity of chronic EMF exposure. EMF exposure is actually causing viruses to replicate. Easy ways to minimize EMF exposure are to turn off your wifi router before you go to bed and to minimize cell phone use as much as possible as well as learn the tips I will post on the podcast this week, such as using EMF reducing cases for your phone and computer!
#10 Eat REAL FOOD aka an Anti-inflammatory, Whole Food Diet
If you’ve done the Warrior Cleanse with me before you’ve learned how to eat the Warrior way full of phytonutrients, vitamins, and minerals to support your immune system. A diet high in sugar, gluten, dairy, grains, processed foods, caffeine, alcohol, artificial ingredients and GMOs can deplete important immune-supportive nutrients such as Vitamin C and zinc (key immune fighters esp for CV). Get your fermented foods like kimchi, sauerkraut, yogurt, kefir and miso on to boost probiotics which makes vitamins and boost the immune system. Eighty percent of our immune system actually lies in our digestive tract. Even though the media likes to try to hype us up and scare us, we can all choose to stay calmly informed while using the tools we have right at our fingertips to strengthen our immune system.
Implementing these practices on a daily basis will not only help to keep your immune system strong but will also help to reverse body pain, weight gain and energy drain. The good news is the same things that boost your beauty, energy and vitality are the same things that ALSO boost your Immunity!
