Supplement Store FAQ
We offer a generous 5% discount if you set up your supplements on monthly subscription. Highly recommended because it’s the WORST when you run out of these formulas, because you’ll feel a huge difference when you’re not on them. You can cancel your subscription at any time, please cancel before your next order is processed as we cannot accept returns once the product has left our warehouse.
All our supplement ingredients vary as they are meant to support different aspects of healing and detox. You can find individual ingredients and Clinical Data Sheets for our Cellcore products in the Supplement Store. Click on the product(s) you are interested in to get more in on contents and how it can support you health and detox journey.

US and International
What are your ship costs?
$8 per order for Domestic United States
$45.95 per order for International Shipments.
International customers, please note: Your local customs office may apply additional taxes and duties to your order once it arrives in your country. We recommend you check ahead with your local custom office to asses duties and fees before placing your order. We will not refund the cost of shipping and your order will be subject to a restocking fee if you cannot clear it through customs and it is returned back to us. Thank you for your understanding.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days. Ship times are 3-7 business days, from date of fulfillment, depending on your location.
What is your return policy?
Due to COVID, we are currently unable to accept returns. We are willing to bet that’s an irrelevant question anyway, because you’re going to LOVE your CHI products.
Where is my Package? Didn’t receive your order?
After you placed your order, you will have received an order receipt, and once shipped a separate email with shipment confirmation and tracking info. If you did not, please check your spam. If you have not received your order within 7 business days please contact us by email – firstname.lastname@example.org, so we can let you know of your order status.
How do I Change or Cancel My Order?
Please email us ASAP so we can do our best to prevent the order from going out or adjust it. Email is best – email@example.com, but you may also call us (916) 36-KAZER
We’ll apply the refund to your original method of payment once your return has been processed, less shipping and handling. Depending on your bank, it may take 3-5 business days for the funds to be reflected in your account once your refund has been applied.
Return Shipping Labels
We do not provide return shipping labels for product returns, however, we will issue a full refund for the product cost, less shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee.
